  • I'm based in The Hague, but all sessions take place online — so you can access support from anywhere. No commuting, more flexibility, and the freedom to keep your sessions going whether you're traveling, relocating, or simply at home. Studies show that online mental health care is just as effective as in-person work!

  • ZENith is an internationally-based private practice that doesn’t work directly with insurance companies. That said, some providers may offer some reimbursement of your costs. It’s worth asking your insurer directly, and I’m happy to support you with documentation or answer any questions you might have.

  • If you're curious about fees, feel free to contact me via the contact form. I believe mental healthcare should be accessible, so I offer lower comparative pricing and work on a sliding scale for students and those currently unemployed.
